Amuse Bouche: A Prelude
I just finished Culinary school and my life is about to start. I have always had a passion for cooking especially when cooking for friends and family. It is not just the cooking but the whole ritual of breaking bread and sharing in good food and wine. I also have a passion for traveling and experiencing everything this world has to offer. About three years ago a good friend of mine urged me to pursue a career in Culinary Arts. After a period of searching I applied to the Culinary Arts Program at NAIT and decided that I would be a Chef. I would travel the world and learn as much as I can, and share my passion with as many people as a can. I decided to start this blog mostly for myself, to keep a record of my travels, with that said, I also would like to share my experience with family and friends, and anyone else who may be interested.
